Returns and exchanges

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between it and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version applies.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To start an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with a short description, including your order number. Exchanges are made by courier pickup from your home at a cost of ₪35. Once your request is opened, we'll email you a payment request for the courier, and the exchange will be handled once payment is made.

  • Making the payment confirms the items in your request; after payment, the contents of the exchange can't be changed until it reaches you.
  • To receive the new items, please hand the items you want to exchange to the courier. An exchange can't be completed without returning the original items.
  • Any further exchange requires payment for an additional courier trip.

Condition of exchanged items An exchange (as opposed to cancelling a purchase) requires the product to be in good condition, unused, in its original packaging and with the label attached. If you don't meet the exchange conditions, you always keep your statutory right to cancel (see "Cancelling a purchase").

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, by courier pickup from your home at a cost of ₪35; a payment link will be sent by email. For returns because of a defect or non-conformity, we cover the shipping cost.

  • Returns are handled after coordinating with customer service and receiving return instructions.
  • Please hand the courier only the items marked for return.
  • The type of refund (money back or store credit), cancellation fees and refund times are as set out in "Cancelling a purchase".

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer service at hello@rellibaby.com or on WhatsApp at 053-827-5035. You will then receive exact instructions and a return address.

International returns:
We currently accept returns and exchanges only within Israel. We do not accept returns or exchanges from the United States or any other country outside Israel.
