Our commitment to accessibility

We want every parent to be able to shop with us easily and comfortably, including people with disabilities. We work to make this website accessible under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, at level AA. The standard is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and we also test against WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Accessibility level

The website has been adapted to meet the standard at level AA. In our latest check, in October 2026, no issues were found on the main pages of the site: the home page, category and product pages, the cart, search, the FAQ, the contact page and the policy pages. We checked with the automated testing tool axe against WCAG 2.1 level AA and by hand with keyboard-only navigation, in Hebrew and English, on desktop and on mobile. We keep testing and improving, and some parts may still not be fully accessible (see "Known limitations" below).

What we have done

  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clear outline on the item in focus. Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link.
  • Meaningful images have alternative text, including the full wording of the customer reviews that are shown as screenshots. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages have a clear heading structure, the language of every page is set (Hebrew right to left, English left to right), and every form field has a label.
  • Colour contrast between text and background meets the standard.
  • You can zoom the page in your browser up to 200% without losing content.
  • The videos on the site are short clips with no sound. Every video has a pause and play button, and they do not play by themselves when "reduce motion" is turned on in your device settings. Nothing on the site flashes.
  • The cart, the sign-up window and the menus open and close with the keyboard too: focus moves into them when they open and back to where you were when they close, and the Esc key closes them.
  • The site is available in Hebrew and English.

The accessibility menu

A round accessibility button (a figure symbol) sits in the bottom corner of every page. Click it, or reach it with the keyboard: it is the second item in the keyboard order, right after "Skip to content". The menu lets you:

  • make text larger or smaller (up to 200%)
  • choose dark contrast, light contrast or greyscale
  • increase the spacing between lines, letters and words
  • switch to a readable font
  • highlight links and headings
  • show a reading guide that follows the mouse
  • stop animations and videos
  • make the keyboard focus outline stronger
  • use a bigger mouse cursor

Your settings are saved in your browser and stay on as you move between pages. "Reset settings" brings the site back to its usual look. The menu also links to this statement and lets you report an accessibility problem.

Known limitations

  • The checkout is run by Shopify, our store platform, and is not fully under our control. If you have trouble paying, we will gladly complete your order with you by phone.
  • Embedded third-party content, such as the Instagram feed, may not be fully accessible.
  • The accessibility menu works in up-to-date browsers. In older browsers some options may not work.

Service outside the website

We have no shop or office open to the public; we sell through this website. Orders are delivered to your home or to a courier pick-up point. If you find it hard to order on the site, contact us by phone or email and we will help you complete your order.
