Cancelling a purchase

At RelliBaby, we're here for you. You can cancel a purchase made on the site by sending a cancellation notice in one of the following ways:

Cancelling before the order ships Changed your mind before the package was sent to you? No problem at all. Contact us in one of the ways above and we'll cancel the order. In this case, of course, you won't be charged any shipping costs, and the refund will be made according to the refund options below.

Cancellation period You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the document with the transaction details (the disclosure document), whichever is later.

Returning the product Items must be returned to us by courier pickup from your home at a cost of ₪35; a payment link will be sent to you by email. If you cancel because of a defect or a mistake on our part, we cover the shipping cost.

Refund options – your choice

  • Money back: refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the returned items or ₪100, whichever is lower.
  • Store credit: the full value of the items is refunded as a credit voucher valid for two years, with no cancellation fee, to use on the site.

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Cancellation because of a defect or non-conformity No cancellation fee is charged, and the full amount paid is refunded, including the original shipping fees.

Condition of the returned item To preserve the product's value, we recommend returning it in its original condition – unused, in its original packaging and with the label attached. Returning a used product does not in itself cancel your right to cancel; however, if the product's value has decreased because of use or damage to the packaging, we may deduct the decrease in value from the refund, in accordance with the law.

Clarifications The right to cancel does not apply to products made especially for you to measure or to special order, or to other products for which the Consumer Protection Law states that the right to cancel does not apply. All rights are subject to the site's terms of service and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and nothing stated here derogates from your rights under the law.
