Shipping policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between it and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version applies.

Shipping areas: We currently ship within Israel only.

Order processing time: We do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible. Orders of in-stock items are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note: items bought as a pre-order are shipped according to the delivery date shown on the product page.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from the moment the package leaves our warehouse, depending on your location and address.

Shipping cost: The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout and added to your order total before payment. (Free shipping benefits, where available, are applied automatically at checkout according to your order total.)

Refund of shipping fees: If a product is returned because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, the original shipping fees paid are not refundable. If an order is cancelled because of a faulty product, we will make a full refund that also includes the shipping fees, in accordance with the site's terms of service.

Exceptional delays: The delivery times stated are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by external events or force majeure (such as extreme weather, security situations, strikes, holidays or any other factor beyond our control). Even so, our customer service team is always available to help you check the status of your shipment.

International shipments:
We currently sell and ship exclusively within Israel. We do not offer sales, promotions or shipments to the United States or any other country outside Israel.
